Michelle McFarland acts as the Director of Client Services and Project Success at Clevertech. Splitting her time between Toronto and New York City, Michelle partners with CTOs/CIOs, serial entrepreneurs, sophisticated investors, and executive teams to ensure the satisfaction and success of each CleverTech partnership. Michelle worked in Human Resources, Customer Success, and Business Analysis before heading up the Client Services department, and her background makes her a key player and point of contact for clientele ranging from startups to Fortune500 companies. Currently Michelle coordinates the day-to-day management and execution of a team of 175+ designers, engineers, and business analysts across North America and Europe. Her experience as an engagement manager ranges from enterprise web to IoT, and everything in between.
