Sinéad Clarkin is Global FastWorks Skills Director, Innovation Acceleration at GE Part of The FastWorks team, Sinéad is responsible for the identification and embedding of the skills required for GE employees to "work in a different way" in the face of global volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (a VUCA world). In particular, she leads the engagement, education and continued development of GE’s c. 400-strong, FastWorks Coaching Community, who, in turn, coach, mentor and navigate FastWorks project teams and individuals, across the globe. Since joining GE in 2000, Sinéad has held various Marketing, Innovation and Change leadership roles. She is a graduate of the GE Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP). As a FastWorks Coach herself, Sinéad has championed a cultural shift across the organisation. She passionately believes in the importance of identifying opportunities to enhance execution and deliver on solutions that will yield tangible business impact and ensure we deliver better outcomes to our customers, faster Sinéad received her Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science from Trinity College, Dublin and her Diploma in Entrepreneurial Studies and MBS (International Marketing) from University College Dublin. Sinead resides in Wimbledon, London with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family, theatre, dance and sports, both watching and partaking in.
